Return & Exchange Conditions

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original jewelry box and packaging.
  • Personalized items (such as custom engravings or custom-sized items) are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final Sale items.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Unauthorized returns (returns sent back without our confirmation).

How to Start a Return?

Step 1: Contact our support team at service@amouva.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization and the return address.

Step 3: Package the item securely and ship it back to us via a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
